  After my father passed I didn't think things could get worse. However Don one of the owners proved me wrong. He waited 2 weeks before cremating my father. I live out of state and had to deal with this over the phone. He assured me the everything was fine and he would send my father ashes to me witch I had paid for before he had done anything. Now over 6 weeks after my father passed I have not received any thing and he has said they my have been released to someone else by mistake. The loss of my father is hard to live with. Trusting these people and losing all I had of him is something I can not forgive myself for.
